Privacy Policy
We built FreeniumTools with privacy as a core feature, not an afterthought. Here's exactly what we do — and don't — do with your data.
The short version: Your files are processed server-side and immediately discarded. We never read, store, or share them. No account is required, ever.
Files & Conversions
When you upload a file for conversion, it is loaded into memory solely to perform the requested operation. Once the converted output is generated and served to your browser, the temporary data is deleted. We do not:
- Store your original or converted files on disk beyond the duration of a single request
- Read or inspect the content of your files for any purpose other than performing the conversion
- Back up, archive, or transfer your files to third-party services
- Associate uploaded files with your identity or IP address in any persistent way
Personal Data & Accounts
FreeniumTools does not require registration or login. We collect no names, email addresses, passwords, or payment information. If you contact us voluntarily (e.g. via email), we retain only what you send us and use it solely to respond.
Analytics & Logging
We may collect minimal, anonymised server logs (HTTP status codes, referrer, approximate geolocation at country level) to monitor uptime and detect abuse. These logs:
- Do not contain file content
- Are automatically purged on a rolling 7-day cycle
- Are never sold or shared with advertisers
We do not use cross-site tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or advertising networks.
Cookies
FreeniumTools uses only a single session cookie required for Django's CSRF protection mechanism. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not use persistent tracking cookies or third-party cookies.
Third-Party Services
The site loads CSS and JavaScript from the following CDNs to deliver fonts and UI libraries:
- jsDelivr — Bootstrap JS/CSS
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) — Font Awesome icons
- Google Fonts — Syne & DM Sans typefaces
These providers may log your IP address as part of normal CDN operation. Please review their respective privacy policies if this concerns you.
GDPR & International Users
Because we collect no personal data beyond transient server logs, the obligations of GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations are minimal. You have the right to request deletion of any data we may hold about you — in practice there is nothing to delete. For any concern, contact us at info@freeniumtools.com.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
